Mode of Contracts

Based on the type of project and feasibility we execute

the construction below mentioned type of contracts.

LUMP-SUM CONTRACT

This defines the scope of work accurately. Estimate fully and accurately the total project cost on the basis of finalized plan and scope of work. Arrive at total project cost and receive mode of payment at various stages of work.

UNIT RATE CONTRACT

This is quoted unit price for each item within the scope of finalized work. Record accurate site measurements of each item, calculate the executed quantity, and prepare running bills by multiplying the executed quantity of work and quoted item-unit rate.

COST PLUS CONTRACT

cost plus contract is a contract where a contractor is paid for all of its allowed expenses which includes the cost of labour, material, equipment and any overheads plus additional payment to allow for contractor profit.
